Set in the heart of historic Holbeck Urban Village redevelopment,
south of the city centre and the River Aire.
The
Foundry Restaurant & Bar opened in November 2005. Its
founders Phil
Richardson & Shaun Davies are both proud Yorkshire
men. With over
50 years restaurant experience between them Phil
& Shaun think they
know what local people want.
The philosophy is simple: - To
find the best local produce, meat
from the Dales, fish from Whitby on
the East Coast, game from
the Yorkshire Moors and artisan wine from
quality independent
merchants.
Our idea is to treat the ingredients with respect, simple
combinations allowing the qualities to shine.
